Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Sufi Wisdom mobile application (the “Application”), published by Tetsusoft (the “Service Provider”). The Application is ad-supported with an optional in-app purchase to remove ads.

What the Application collects

The Application has no user accounts. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or postal address. Settings and preferences are stored on your device.

We do not collect your contacts or photos. We do not collect your precise GPS location. General device and locale information (such as country or timezone) may be included in technical logs described below.

Technical logs

When you use the Application, our servers may receive technical messages to help operate, debug, and improve the app. These are sent to infrastructure operated for Tetsusoft (not sold to third parties).

Depending on what you do in the app, logs may include:

These logs are used to operate and improve the Application. They are not linked to your name or email in our systems.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Free users may see banner and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. Google may also use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to show consent or privacy messages where required.

Google processes advertising-related data under Google’s Privacy Policy. That may include advertising identifiers, information about ads shown or clicked, and in some cases coarse location or similar signals used for advertising. See also AdMob & user data and Google ad settings.

In the UK, EEA, and Switzerland, Google may show a consent message when you first use the app. In some US states and other regions, Google may require a Privacy choices entry in the app’s Settings so you can review or change ad consent. Where that option appears, it opens Google’s privacy options form.

We may also send our own advertising diagnostics to our servers (for example, consent outcome, ad request results, or error codes) as described under Technical logs. This is for app operation and troubleshooting, not for selling your data.

In-app purchases

Premium (ad-free) access is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment details are handled by Apple or Google; we do not receive your card or bank information.

We receive confirmation through the store that premium is active on your device. We may also log purchase-related events on our servers (as described under Technical logs) to support purchases, restores, and troubleshooting.

iOS tracking permission

On iOS, Apple may ask whether you allow tracking across other companies’ apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency). This affects whether the advertising identifier (IDFA) is available to ad partners. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Third parties

The Application uses:

Questions about ads or ad data are best directed to Google. Purchase and refund questions go to Apple or Google.

Your choices

Retention

Technical logs are kept for up to 24 months for operation and improvement, then deleted or aggregated.

UK, EEA, and Switzerland

UK and European privacy rules may apply to advertising and technical data processed when you use the app. For much of the advertising data, Google acts as an independent controller under its own policies.

You may contact us at the email below with privacy questions. Because we do not operate user accounts, we may not be able to identify you from logs alone; include your device platform and approximate date of use if you ask about specific data. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

United States

In some US states, you may have rights to know about, correct, or delete personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Where Google’s privacy options or Privacy choices in Settings are available, use those for ad-related preferences. For other requests, contact us at the email below.

Children

The Application is not directed at children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the technical information we process.

Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page.

Effective date: 17 June 2026

Privacy enquiries: [email protected]. We do not collect this address through the Application. Our logs are not tied to users’ names or emails, so we may be unable to locate or delete specific log entries without enough detail for us to find them.
